  i took my daughter to go see the new harry potter movie yesterday.

  we bought the tickets last week on fandango.com.

  Thanks for the update. I'll watch it without my 9 year old daughter. She liked HP but the LOTR might be too much for her. Tolkien sounds like a very interesting person to have worked on translating one of the bible's.

  No, it's not bragging. I would do the same thing if it was my son. How exciting. I loved the special effects. I like the pictures moving & how the candles float when they are having dinner. The invisible cloak is also pretty neat. The mandrakes were pretty ugly squirmy things. The crashing Owl is funny too; poor little owl. How long has he done special effects? I heard that there is going to be a new producer for the 3rd movie. I think it's some latin man. I heard it on entertainment news about a month ago.

  Yeah, at Costco I've seen the books for sale. It sounds very interesting. I'll have to go and buy the DVD before the movie comes out.

  Welcome Aztec, I love your name! Thtat's one of my nicknames.

  Are you an Aztec descendant? I am. I'm mestiza mixed with Spaniard. Have you studied the Aztec civilization or have you been able to read the Po Puhl Vu? (spelling)? I took latin american literature and was fasinated with the storries.

  My family varies from pale white, to peanut butter skin to chocolate skin. We have redheads, black heads (pun intentionally) and blondes. Huge variety. I naturally have dark black hair.

  Well, I better go back to finishing my take-home midterm. (I'm in graduate school).

  CaptainSchmideo, my daughter and I read all of the first book and we are only 1/2 way with the 2nd book.

  How old are your kids? My daughter is 9 and I jumped more than her.

  Anyavnclv, I don't think I've heard of the Lotr's or the Two Towers. Are they geared toward kids or adults?

  Hi everyone,

  I took my daughter to go see the New Harry Potter movie yesterday. We bought the tickets last week on fandango.com.

  How many of you guys have watched it? What was your favorite scene? Did you prefer the 1st. movie? My daughter loved it.

  I actually picked her up 1 hour early from school. We saw the 3:20 matinee.

  She was so Happy.

  Hey LB it sounds like lots of fun! I love the ocean. Is this picture off of the Oregon coast? When I was a kid I snorkled in the Sea of Cortez (Baja California Norte) Mexico by Rocky Point (puerto Penasco). I loved looking at all the colorful sea creatures

  My family owned fishing boats in Mexico (Rocky Point) till the government decided they would take over the fishing industry (late 70's). One of the boats was named after my nick name which was really nice.

  i've always purposely avoided anti-witness or ex-witness opinion before but i'm tired and am looking for an end to it all.
